My name is Paul and I have a passion for working wood. I spend my time designing and handcrafting elegant and unique charcuterie boards, which are the ultimate connector of people. Charcuterie is a French term used to describe the collection of cured, cold meats that are placed on the grazing board. Most days you will find me in my workshop with my trusty apprentice (Asher, the black lab), surrounded by beautiful pieces of natural Australian, sustainably sourced timber as well as exotic woods, with my trusty chisels in hand.
